Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will grant you full command over your email mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can forward mails from one email mailbox to another, configure mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your email boxes against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Simply specify the electronic mail account you want to redirect e-mails from, then choose the target mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
